Who We Are

Blaze's founder and principal consultant (Paul Fraser)
has a solid track record of not only conceiving and developing strategic business-building ideas, but also working through the full cycle of the start-up, post-launch adjustments, and sustaining operation phases.

Paul is a true “intrapreneur”. For most of his 28-year career, he has held a series of new positions whose mandates were to develop a new business unit, and new products or services. He has embraced new media technologies and led multi-disciplinary teams to build brands and grow revenues, often ‘from scratch’. His experience is global in scope.

His leadership of new business initiatives has spanned:
- Film & theaters (digital film distribution, production,
  commercial and museum-based digital theaters, digital 
  fulldome, 2D/3D/4D)
- Leisure attractions (technology-driven marketing    
  services)
- Interactive media (Web & wireless, content &
   applications)

Not only has he successfully led new business initiatives within billion-dollar, public companies, Paul has a great deal of experience with high-growth, early-stage companies too. He’s even led “start-ups within start-ups”. With early career grounding as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, and later developing new businesses  for IMAX Corporation (such as the original owned & operated theaters group), Paul’s successes trace to taking an analytical, strategic marketing approach.
